Let’s make cooking fun again!
We host monthly group cooking classes with a focus on seasonal, local and sustainable ingredients and community-building, of course!
“I love her cooking classes so much. The friendships, the food and all my new cooking skills are owed to Chanelle. Her events are a whole new vibe, and I’m here for it.”
MELANIE GAGNON

At our class….
-
First, we begin with an introduction of our founder, Chanelle, and some background about who Farm-to-Table is and why we do what we do.
-
Next, we go over the agenda for that day’s class including what we will be making, a background of the ingredients and how the evening will flow.
-
Finally, we get to cooking! The cooking part of the class lasts for about 2 hours and at the end of the class, we gather around the table to enjoy our delicious meal and wonderful company.

Yes we do! We know food allergies and intolerances can make things like eating out or attending a class more difficult, so we like to be able to accommodate for most lifestyles.
For example, if you inform us in advance of your allergies/dietary restrictions, we could offer a variation of a certain dish that could be prepared without dairy or gluten.
We always love to give recommendations and substitutions in class, to make it adaptable for everyone at home.
-
We do! If you would like to book a private cooking class, email us at farmtotablenb@gmail.com.
-
All of our classes are being hosted in establishments that are wheelchair accessible.
We also take into consideration people who may be living with special needs, by giving either variations on their work station set up, ways to prepare food or by giving clearer instructions, to make it more accessible to all.
Everyone is welcome!
